Impulse Sealer with Cutter 10mm Seal With Beeper & Cutter Impulse Foot Sealer The AIE line of heavy duty Impulse Foot Sealers (FI series), are specially manufactured to increase sealing production. Equipped with foot pedal activator, the user's hands are free to feed the machine. The Impulse Type Foot Sealers come complete with pedestal, stand, adjustable worktable and adjustable foot pedal. 5 millimeter and 10 millimeter sealing widths are also available. A Hot stamp Printer can be added as an option to print date, times and other info onto your product. Other options available are Heavy Duty Work tables, Taller Stands and Tilt Head adjustments. These special foot sealers are excellent for sealing polycello films, humidity-proof cellophane film, polyethylene film, aluminum foil coated bags and gusset bags. A beautiful mesh seal, 5/8 inch wide by 8, 12, or 16 inches long, is created. These sealers are ideal for producing wide seals of heavier bags. Each unit is equipped with a temperature controller & beeper signal to notify operator when the sealing is complete. Each machine has been injection mold cast and electro static painted for durability. Each unit comes complete with pedestal, stand, adjustable work table and foot control. Automatic Single Impulse Table Top Sealer The FUA model sealer differs from our regular sealers by placing the sealing element on the upper jaw and the silicon rubber on the lower jaw. This makes it possible to protect the element from moisture and contamination creating a clean and secure seal. The FUA is designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene. Controlled by electronic timers for heat, congealing and recycling make it impossible for operator error once set. When programmed, consistent seals are maintained automatically, making the last seal as perfect as the first. This sealer is ideal for sealing operations in packaging candies, food, stationery, drugs, tools, replacement parts and a variety of other products. Includes an electric pedal for manual operation. Automatic Constant Heat Table Top Sealer Heavy duty, single or double, automatic or manual impulse heat sealer. Seals up to 20 mil gusseted or regular thermoplastic film selector switch controls your choice of a single heat seal or double heat seal. Continuous Band Sealer Floor Model Ideal for sealing plastic bags of virtually any size and length. The variable speed conveyor belt is adjustable to accommodate most packages. It is equipped with a temperature control to adjust the heat to seal bags of various thickness. Equipped with a hot stamp imprinter allowing the user to record dates and codes with each seal. Included is a tool box containing spare bands, heater tubes and complete set of type. Conveyor and head can be raised or lowered and tilted to accommodate most projects. Smooth rolling and locking wheels. Portable Horizontal Band Sealer This versatile portable horizontal band sealer is virtually the same machine as the one listed above but is one quarter the size. It is ideal for projects which require higher production rates and minimal space and costs. Capable of sealing headers and bags simultaneously, Conveyor speed 0~50 ft. per minute, seals material thickness up to 20 mil, 1/2 " wide seal and unlimited length.
