Constant Heat Sealers

PB Constant Heat Sealer

Our PB Constant heat sealer is designed for sealing MIL spec barrier bags, coated paper, film and foil laminates, and other multi-layer materials.

It comes with a constantly heated upper jaw that is adjustable to 550 °F. The head can be rotated from horizontal to vertical for ease of product handling.

Continuous Band Sealers

552 MED Medical Band Sealer

Designed for ease of validation, the 552 MED is a horizontal band sealer that has been designed with PAC's exclusive alarmed digital seal temperature, speed, and pressure controls to provide the ultimate in seal integrity.

It can be used with a wide variety of pouch materials - including plastics and foils - in cleanroom or general medical pouch sealing applications. Each seal bar's temperature is independently controlled to provide optimal temperatures for Tyvek products.

For ease of bag handling, the sealing head and conveyor can be raised or lowered so that the seal position is between 28" and 36" from the floor. The conveyor can be lowered 2 1/2" from the center of the seal bar. The sealing head and conveyor can be tilted up to 30 from horizontal when handling products that may spill.

Speed-Pack Fill & Seal

This hand operated table mounted fill and seal machine is an economical option for packagers who do not need the speed of an automatic or semi-automatic system.

Using lay flat tubing, the Speed-Pack comes equipped with a seal timer and cutter.

Flow Wrapper

350T Flow Wrapper

The 350T is a horizontal form, fill, and seal machine (flow wrapper) that's ideal for suppliers of products that must be packaged individually. This may include candies and confections, bakery, electronics, hardware, and medical products.

This entry-level machine is a high performance packaging system in a small footprint (7 square ft). It's small enough to fit on a tabletop! The 350T is the perfect choice for new applications or for increasing your capacity.

Product is fed into the machine either manually or automatically. This versatile machine can achieve speeds of up to 60 packages per minute. Settings can be easily changed to accommodate various package sizes - up to 9 3/4" long, 2 1/4 " high, and 4 1/2" wide.

The attached product feeder indexes items forward and encloses them into a formed tube of film. This web of material is then sealed using a "fin seal". The enfolded product is then further indexed to be end sealed and cut off in a continuous process. The result is a neatly wrapped finished product.

This unit features fast set-up, changeover flexibility, and ease of use.

Handheld Heat Sealers

Futura Handheld Heat Sealers

The Futura constant heat sealer comes in four models to seal a wide variety of materials.

• Futura Poly with one heated jaw for light and medium gauge polyethylene film (150P).

• Futura Poly TW with two heated jaws for heavy gauge film (150PT).

• Futura Cello with two serrated jaws for cellophane material (150C).

• Futura Barrier for waxed paper, foils, military specification barrier material, and other laminations (150B).

These hand held heat sealers can easily be made suitable for table use by means of two clamps and a foot pedal.

Impulse Heat Sealers

MED PAC Medical Impulse Sealers

The Med Pac is a heavy duty floor standing sealer for applications requiring process validation of seals.

The high pressure seal jaws and Suretemp temperature controller work together to ensure that strong consistent seals are produced time after time. The wide range of jaw sizes make the MED PAC ideal for pouches of almost any size.

With its standard jaw selector switch that lets the operator choose whether one or both jaws supply heat, the MED PAC can seal a wide variety of pouch materials including polyethylene, foil, laminates, and Tyvek.
