It produces a tight secure sealed bag using Polyolefin and PVC shrink bags that require precise temperature controls to create a consistently tight package every time. It works equally well on a variety of films such as Polyethylene, Polyolefin and PVC Shrink films, that require precise temperature controls to create a consistently tight package every time. It works equally well on a variety of films such as Polyethylene, Polymylar, Polypropylene, Coextrusions and Polylaminates. The Bag Loader is designed for maximum flexibility and ease of use. The air driven loader arms allow trayed product to slide easily into the bag.

Complete, Visible Validation on Continuous Band Sealer for Medical Pouches. USDA approved rotary band sealing system. Unit is designed with 10" long heating zone, and 10" long cooling zone for greater flexibility in product sealing of difficult materials with temperatures up to 500 degrees +/-2 degrees Fahrenheit. Extra sealing capacity allows speeds up to 60' per minute with constant secure seals of 1/4" or 3/8" wide without bag top trimmer. Designed to seal Nylon, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Laminates, Tyvek/Polymylar and Foil. Self contained compressed air, 110V, 1 Phase, 60 Cycle. Quad digital temperature controls maintain consistent heat and assures quality hermetic seals. Uniform pressure on all sealing and cooling surfaces creates consistent quality validatable seals. Vertical unit can be positioned over existing lower carry conveyor. Dual Element Thermocouple: Each thermocouple has two junctions, one for the temperature controller and one for temperature verification.

Positive Vacuum System for scrap removal. supplied with lower carry interfaced variable speed conveyor 6" wide x 5' long with stainless steel adjustable guide rails. Medical Band Sealers

TBS-V

Designed to Seal Tyvek/Mylar, Nylon, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Laminates, Kraft/PE and Foil. Seals are achieved through the use of special heavy duty wear-resistant laminated Teflon bands. Chrome plated sealing assemblies followed by Nickel plated cooling sections reduce wear of assemblies and increases life. Highly recommended for the sealing of Medical Devices in pouches. Easy and quick changeover and cleaning of the Teflon bands are possible due to the instant pressure release of the seal bars on the bands when placed in an open position. Uniform pressure on all sealing and cooling surfaces creates consistent quality validatable seals. Gauges are easy to read and highly visible. Two digital temperature closed loop controls, maintain consistent heat and assures quality hermetic seals. Heat is generated from rear and front heaters or one set only as required using a simple on/off switch. Stainless steel chassis and anodized aluminum assures longevity of use.

Speedy Bag Packager is a bag loader blows open pre-made bags on a wicket. Available seals: Bead trim, Impulse trim, Hot bar seal and trim.
