Roll Baggers

The TITAN™ 555 Rollbag is a manual bag filling and sealing machine. The seal jaw is electrically powered and activated by the footswitch. The bag is manually advanced to the fill position then filled. After filling, simply separate the bag at the perforations and insert it into the seal jaw and activate the footswitch. This unit processes poly, food grade and anti static pre-made bags-on-a-roll up to 15 times per minute.

Titan 6500 Rollbag Automatic Bagger

The Rollbag™ 6500 is a fully automatic, heavy duty bagger and sealer with many available options to customize it to your specific needs. It includes everything required for production: high-speed bag opening, loading and sealing, with no special tools required.

This is a fully automatic machine with automatic feeding of the bags-on-a-roll used with this equipment, jaw activation, heat and cool down. Advanced technology allows the position of the bag to be sensed, stopped and repeated to an extremely precise position at a rate of up to 60 bags per minute. In addition, the standard unit comes with three modes of operation (automatic, manual and auxiliary) allowing this machine to be used for a wide variety of applications.

The 6500 comes standard with a plug interface allowing the unit to be combined with virtually any automatic product feeder including counting and weighing systems. A fully programmable thermal graphics printer is available as an option for printing text or graphics such as UPC codes, logos, and other images.

All these features combine into a time reducing automatic opening, filling and sealing system giving you a very short investment payback period.

Constant Heat Sealers

Titan Electro-Sealer

This constant heat sealer is a small, pedal operated electric sealer that is capable of sealing through many hard-to-seal bag materials including polyethylene, aircraft, anti-stat, bubble laminate and other thermoplastic materials up to 30-mil total thickness.

It can be set for manual or semi-automatic modes. The motorized unit drives the seal jaw using a foot switch activation, or it can be set to repeat at 25 cycles per minute. The motorized jaw assembly produces consistent seals by assuring even pressure through the entire seal area.

A Teflon™ Curtain provides the versatility to use the widest range of bag material.

Continuous Band Sealers

552 Continuous Horizontal Band Sealer

The 552 is a floor standing continuous horizontal band sealer for applications requiring speed and convenience.

The 552 has an integrated conveyor can be tilted up to 30° to facilitate bag handling. In addition, the seal head and conveyor can be raised or lowered so that the seal position is between 28" to 36" from the floor. Casters come standard on this machine, making it easy to move.

The 552 can be fitted with a variety of options, including a pouch trimmer, hot stamp printer, and embosser.

The 552 is also available in a stainless steel version, 552 SS. This model is designed to withstand the environment of the food industry, and can even be equipped with a NEMA 4X control box.

Fill & Seal Systems

Titan Drop Sealer and Bagmaster

This extensive line of bag opening and filling machines is designed for a wide variety of applications using cartridge and specialty bags. The cost efficient, high speed design of the TITAN™virtually eliminates manual bag handling and the need for skilled operators. A single untrained operator can achieve up to 30 bags per minute!

Your operator simply loads a cartridge, or loose bags, into the bag magazine of the Bagmaster which holds up to 250 bags at a time. An internal blower system automatically opens the top bag, holding it open for the operator.

Most Titan™ & Bagmasters feature articulating product guides that shape the opening of the bag to the product being packaged. These guides turn a flimsy bag into a rigid container making it possible to get an incredibly tight fitting bag around the most difficult products.

Titan's Automatic Drop-Sealers are high production bag sealing machines built for single or multi-shift environments. The Drop-Sealer systems will pay for themselves several times a year by increasing production and reducing labor costs. These heavy-duty sealers are available in two model groups that can handle bags up to 25 inches wide with automatic trim sealing to meet your individual packaging needs.

Flow Wrapper

350T Flow Wrapper

The 350T is a horizontal form, fill, and seal machine (flow wrapper) that's ideal for suppliers of products that must be packaged individually. This may include candies and confections, bakery, electronics, hardware, and medical products.

This entry-level machine is a high performance packaging system in a small footprint (7 square ft). It's small enough to fit on a tabletop! The 350T is the perfect choice for new applications or for increasing your capacity.

Product is fed into the machine either manually or automatically. This versatile machine can achieve speeds of up to 60 packages per minute. Settings can be easily changed to accommodate various package sizes - up to 9 3/4" long, 2 1/4 " high, and 4 1/2" wide.

The attached product feeder indexes items forward and encloses them into a formed tube of film. This web of material is then sealed using a "fin seal". The enfolded product is then further indexed to be end sealed and cut off in a continuous process. The result is a neatly wrapped finished product.

This unit features fast set-up, changeover flexibility, and ease of use.

Handheld Heat Sealers

Futura Handheld Heat Sealers

The Futura constant heat sealer comes in four models to seal a wide variety of materials.

• Futura Poly with one heated jaw for light and medium gauge polyethylene film (150P).

• Futura Poly TW with two heated jaws for heavy gauge film (150PT).

• Futura Cello with two serrated jaws for cellophane material (150C).

• Futura Barrier for waxed paper, foils, military specification barrier material, and other laminations (150B).

These hand held heat sealers can easily be made suitable for table use by means of two clamps and a foot pedal.

Impulse Heat Sealers

Magneta Electric Impulse Heat Sealers

The Magneta Series sealers are rugged, reliable machines that provide high quality seals time after time. The Magneta is equipped with a magnetic hold down device that ensures strong consistent seals independently from the operator. The easy action of the electric foot switch virtually eliminates operator fatigue.

The Magneta seals two layers of polyethylene film up to 8-mil thickness each.* It also seals some thin laminations and foils.*

Two magneta electric models are available with seal lengths that meet most requirements. For longer seal lengths, ask about air operator PI Series, where lengths up to 60" are available.

MAP Tray Sealers

SLB 1000 Series

The SLB™ 1000 Series is a manual tray sealer for modified atmosphere packaging (MAP). It offers the best combination of price and performance in the industry to pack and preserve food freshness using gas flush. The 1000 Series can obtain a residual oxygen of less than 0.1% without the use of a vacuum pump! This feature results in faster cycle time than MAP tray sealers that use a vacuum and flush process.

This translates into increased speed, compact size, and quick tooling changeover. Suited for both foodservice and retail applications, it even functions as a non-MAP tray sealer.

The 1000 Series has an output of up to 350 cycles/hr with gas and 500 cycles/hr without gas.

Ventrod Tube Sealers

VP-PTV

The Vertrod pneumatically operated tube sealers are ruggedly built. They are designed for short production runs and sample making requirements particularly in the food and medical/pharmaceutical industries.

Because they are designed for quick “turn around” for different size tubes, re-tooling is fast and efficient. Air operation eliminates fatigue when using the sealers continuously over many shifts.

This series of heat sealers is available in a variety of different working lengths to fit your packaging needs.
