DEM 450 Combo

The DEM 450 combination L-bar Sealer and Shrink tunnel system allows packing, sealing and
shrinking product in centerfold shrink-wrap film. The DEM 450 series can be used for a wide range of
products thanks to its precise temperature and speed controls. Operation is simple and efficient. Our
DEM Series shrink systems are heavy duty and require a minimum of maintenance. They can be
operated up to seven days a week, 24 hours per day. The DEM series is available in either a
manually operated (DEM 450T) or a semi-automatic (DEM 450 SA) version.

Dempack H18

The Dempack H18 is a combination seal/shrink machine for moderate production quantities for a wide variety of industries including cds and bakery goods. The H18 operates with a shrink hood instead of a tunnel. The hood is closed by an electronic hold-down magnet during the film sealing and heat-shrink wrapping operations. This machine has an excellent seal quality and long wire lifetime, compared to similar machines in this market.

Because of its compatibility with most shrink films, and its space-saving size, the H18 makes this the chosen unit in most shrink applications.

L-Sealers

These compact L-Sealers are suitable for sealing small production quantities in centerfold shrink film at a maximum of 10 per minute.

The sealers are often used in combination with a heatgun to shrinkwrap products.

They provide a low budget solution for small production quantities and require less space than other shrink wrap solutions. This makes the machine ideal for use in stores, shops, offices and other environments where a larger machine would be unsuitable.

The sealers have ergonomic grip handles to ease operator fatigue and increase production efficiency. The dual electro-magnet timed latching system used in combination with the Simpulse™ Temperature Control system delivers consistent jaw pressure and temperature assuring high strength identical seals time after time. This seal system works well with all shrink films to consistently deliver superior strength seals and reduce maintenance costs.
