DF207S Semi-Automatic Stainless Strapping Machine

The DF-207S is a stainless steel semi automatic strapping machine manufactured for the use in harsh packaging environments; ideal for meat, seafood and agricultural packaging applications. This machine features an easily adjustable table height; as well as an energy saving design that shuts down the main motor when there is no package to be strapped.

 

DF11S Automatic Operator-less Stainless Strapping Machine

The DF-11S incorporates a stainless steel cabinet and corrosion resistant (stainless steel, brass, plastic, etc.) parts to provide maximum protection in the harsh environments of the meat and poultry packing industries. It is capable of over 37 strapping cycles per minute and has a rugged frame and roller table top construction. The arch configuration is 700mm (27.6”) wide by 400mm (15.75”) high. Cycle initiation is by start switch or foot switch. The DF-11S has a table height of 795mm (31.3”). Operating on 220 volts – 3 phase power, the machine is also available in single phase and higher voltages as an option. This machine can be ordered to run 9mm (3/8”) or 12mm (1/2) strap. The dispenser is internally located which minimizes the required floor space and reduces the amount of condensation which can form on the coil. The strapping material is heat sealed for maximum seal efficiency.

 

DF11SA Fully Automatic Stainless Strapping Machine

The DF-11SA is an operator-less machine incorporating a stainless steel exterior cabinet design and corrosion resistant (stainless steel, brass, plastic, etc.) parts to provide maximum protection in the harsh environments of the meat and poultry packing industries. Utilizing powered belts on the table tops and photo switches, this unit can place up to two straps automatically. The arch configuration is 700mm (27.6”) wide by 400mm (15.75”) high. Cycle initiation is by photo switch, although the unit can be switched to manual and used like a DF-11. The DF-11SA has a table height of 795mm (31.3”) and operates on 220 volt – 3 phase (optional 440 volt – 3 phase) power. This machine can be ordered to run 9mm (3/8”) or 12mm (1/2) strap. The dispenser is internally located which minimizes the required floor space and reduces the amount of condensation which can form on the coil. The strapping material is heat sealed for maximum seal efficiency.
