Polychem offers a full compliment of strapping tools and accessories. We have a plastic strapping tool for all types and sizes of plastic strapping to accommodate our complete strapping tool line. We also provide a broad range of buckles and seals if you use a manual plastic strapping tool. Polychem carries our own brand of pneumatic and battery operated plastic strapping tools, as well as a wide assortment of branded plastic strapping tools. Armed with the proper strapping tool, one can pull adequate tension required for tight secure loads. Battery Powered

The Polychem B Series battery operated friction weld tools are "state-of-the-art", ergonomically designed. The new B Series are shorter in length, lighter in weight, and better balanced for easier operation. The Polychem B Series tools can pull up to 700 pounds of tension and operate with both polypropylene and polyester plastic strapping 7/16" to 3/4" wide up to .040 thick.

Pneumatic

Polychem’s PHT Series pneumatic operated friction weld tools are the ultimate in design and function. The lightweight, compact modular tools, offer one handed operation, and can pull up to 1,200 pounds of tension. The PHT tools operate with both polypropylene and polyester strapping from 7/16" to 3/4" wide and up to .055" thick.

Manual

Tensioners/Sealers

Polychem’s plastic tensioners provide the simplest method for tightening plastic strapping around a load or package. Starting with the TH-HP hand pull tensioner as our most basic manual device we also offer the most popular windlass and combination manual plastic strapping tensioners.
