Want to eliminate inconsistent and labor intensive manual hand-wrapping of pallet loads in lower volume applications? The Flex E Series is the solution. Although Flex E machines are designed for less demanding applications, they share many of the same structural and basic features as D and A models.

Orion's M Series wrappers are ideal for loads that are fragile, very heavy, light or unstable. Gantry style stands can be loaded from both sides by fork lift, pallet jack or electric walkie as well as be placed over existing conveyor components. Both sides of the stretch wrapping area are protected by fence-mounted photo eye/reflector which stops rotation if beam broken. An ultra-reliable chain and sprocket drives a 20" precision ring bearing which supports the 18 RPM rotating arm. Gantry stands can be optionally expanded for very large loads.
